discwalker
I'm curious how to play this track in various graphics settings and cards. My card is a GTX 1070. This issue happened first at least a half years ago in Tbilisi region during landings. EDIT: Bright yellow+lime+pink areas appear on mirror and blinking. The track happen in Senaki at 16h day time. Tip: Use simulation slow down. 2,5,5,39384_su27middleMirrorFireworks.trk Edited November 25, 2019 by discwalker GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD
DarkFire
Looks like it has something to do with lights. Are you running any mods? If so try disabling them to see if that helps. It's also worth trying an installation repair. discwalker
more info I made my install vanilla without any extra or modded files and removed all mods from saved games folder. - Still occuring as at least half a year ago. I attached four settings that produce the fireworks, one of those is the preset high (my custom original, modded medium, and a modded high preset) The fireworks effect is more disturbing when mirror resolution is lower. (in my original config and modded medium graph) FireworksModdedHigh: fireworksOnHighPreset: greater effect on FireworksCustom: greater effect on fireworksModdedMedium: GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD

ED Team BIGNEWY Posted November 27, 2019 ED Team Share Posted November 27, 2019 Hi, sorry I am still unable to reproduce. It maybe worth doing a fresh driver for your GPU delete fxo and metashader2 folders in dcs saved games location. removing all modifications run a cleanup and repair. if that fails consider a wipe of DCS and a fresh install. draconus
Please report and move the thread. It is general mirror rendering issue. Tested @latest beta patch in modules: Su-27, F-15C, F-14B in Caucasus. Just go low alt and look at the ground in mirrors (not only center) and you see single flashes, sometimes very bright, even with glowing effect. The whole screen goes black for a milisecond sometimes. My settings attached. Nvidia drivers 430.53. No mods.
