2.5.1 for GTX 970, et al Owners

Recommended Posts

Never had so much as a sniffle from DCS at any point in the last 3 years. 2.5.1 makes my system crash in NTTR and Normandy Maps.

Looking to do a driver update per BigNewy's suggestion.

Please report what you've found best in 2.5.1. Thanks.

@Kayos

Those frames seem pretty good for a 970. What are the rest of your system specs like? I'm asking because I'm currently building a new system and plan on using my 970 until the new generations cards hit the market. Thanks.

I have just upgraded from a 970 to a 1080. So far I haven't noticed any differences (I'm a bit upset about that). I got more differences from putting the install on a SSD.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4590 3.3GHz, RAM: 32GB HyperX Fury 1600MHz DDR3, GFX: EVGA GTX 1080, OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, Joy: TM Warthog, Peds: CH Pro Pedals, TrackIR3, VR: Vive
