Skin request PLAAF Chinese MiG-15Bis White 4115

Gentlemen with cap in hand,I am looking for some fine skinner to create this Chinese PLAAF MiG-15 Bis.

The red tail is a very iconic feature of this MiG-15 skin,it would be great to see this skin created with the markings set out below, and if at all possible a generic version too.

However we don't want to be too greedy so just the marked version would be great, thank you.

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

That is absolutely beautiful.

What software did you use to make the skin? I was hoping to try my hand at making skins for several planes but I have no idea how to do it or what software I would even need.

I'm downloading it right now. :D

I'm trying to make my first skin for the F-5 but it's not working. :P I used Photoshop to edit the template. GIMP to convert the PSD to DDS. and Notepad++ to make the directory.lua but I can't get it to show up as an option in the ME. :P
