A-4 skyhawk 2nd install problems

after have the A-4 installed and working fine I wanted to uninstall but didn't know how. so I deleted it's files and ran cc cleaner. now i'm having problems installing. I noticed in C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local after running the program it puts a file called DCS.DCS deleting or changing the file name don't help it always come back. can anyone help please.

Note: I have DCS Word @ D:\DCS World

and DCS OPENBETA @ C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS OpenBeta

and my saved games is @ C:\Users\Administrator\Saved Games

and saved games has both a DCS file and a DCS.openbeta
