Setting up new airfields?

Hey all.

With the recent release of the Tomcat, I'm doing a series of missions that take place in mid 80's Cold War era.

Obviously because of that, none of the available air bases in Caucasus map is useable by NATO, not a big problem really, cause I'd be doing 100% naval ops with Tomcat and Hornet, but it would be nice to have the option to set up some airstrips in the southern part of the Black Sea (Turkey area) to spawn some allied suport flights.

Is there some way to do that in ME? No need to eye candy, I don't think I will ever get close to them, only a place where NATO flights could t/o and land.
