Also...I think the F18 still doesn't have a damage model yet. Infact the missiles were updated during the early FC series and still look amazing....compared to the Kuz carrier and bunch of older planes. But well.. I understand each has its on dev time. It looks kind of of odd when you have outdated looking missle models attached to new aircraft models. On the other, I have to agree with Witchking that some of the aircraft are very, very outdated. One plane that comes to mind is the C-5 (or the C-17) ... can't remember exactly. When I saw that, I thought, what is that doing in the same universe as the gorgeous E-3 or KC-135? I wouldn't expect anything that high fidelity in DCS. But the quality of the Canadian air force C-17 is something I would certainly like to see. Wonder what happened behind the scenes on why this newere model wasn't used. It looks stunning and I'm sure the time spent integrating it into DCS to look so nice took quite a bit of time. there's a few models over the last 5 years that didnt make it, IIRC. Even BMS Has Grand Daddy Models...
