[FIXED] DCS crashes when using a (special) Export.lua variant

Hello Belsimtek,

 

I have created an export script that works with almost all modules.

Only the F-86F Sabre has a problem and DCS crashes.

 

However, the bug only occurs when the aircraft is set to client or used in multiplayer.

Everything works in the single player game.

 

I could limit the problem to calling GetDevice(0).

The bug occurs in DCS World 1.5.8 and 2.5 (latest version).

 

Enclosed are two crash logs and all necessary files:

 

Single Player: dcs.log-20180315-211337

Multiplayer on ED Minsk Server: dcs.log-20180315-222735

The problem is the script was made by an outside party, i.e. you, and BST is not responsible for any external content and thus not obliged to change, or even check, anything having to do with it.

The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.

Hello msalama,

 

the standard export script has four functions in which the data can be processed.

In three of the functions it works smoothly, but not in the "LuaExportBeforeNextFrame" function.

If the function GetDevice(0) is called here in multiplayer, the game crashes.

This all works in the single player.

 

For all other modules, including the other from BST, it always works, but not for the F-86.

So this is more where the error lies than in my ExportScript.
