warthog hotas error

Recommended Posts

Soo a while ago I bought warthog Hotas

After a time of 2 month the stick trim button stopped working

The throttle buttom.stopped working

And recently I bought another

Out of the box throttle was speeding up but it started reversing power when I was going on the middle throttle handle 12 o clock.

Trim button stopped working after a hour

Led flashing on and off

So anyone who have similar experience with the warthog Hotas?

I have my HOTAS Warthog since 2012. No problems so far. Just replaced the stick's base with a Gunfighter two weeks ago.

Not answered his question though!

@greyhacks - email Thrustmaster, they'll contact you usually within 24 hours, explain your situation and get an RMA sorted.

Are they directly connected to an ONBOARD usb outlet or via a usb HUB ?

Killing 2 devices in a row may also point to an overvoltage issue.

Any other USB mishaps recently ?

^ My thoughts as well. It's highely unlikely two late production batch Warthogs should start acting up like that shortly after purchase.

i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

Well got the advice from Thrustmaster using a USB hub with own powersupply

So 2 of them I been using a USB Hub with its own powersupply

Now I bought another one warthog hotas and plugged it in directly to the motherboard and I get errors from this brand new one ofc too

POV hat on joystick is missbehaving

btw got no other usb errors and its no cheap stuff I use at home

I asked The reseller you always get broken warthog hotas :joystick:

/buy alot of stuff from those true work so can joke with them abit

I dont have any problem to get it fixed like get it replaced or soo problem is

I want a working one this making me go nuts I thought a pricetag like this warthog hotas should get me some quality ?

Your USB is f**up !

What is your hardware involved ? motherboard, usb-hubs, etc..

One of them is a real bad device imho.

Breaking 3 Hotas in a row is not TM's failure.
