We follow real procedures (NATOPS),you will have to undergo training before you can join. You dont have to know these procedures as we will teach you them. You just need to be willing to put in time and effort to learn them. REQUIREMENTS/ INFO 1. HOTAS (atleast stick) 2. No age restrictions 3. Mentally mature 4. F/A-18C or F-14A/B 5.Willing to learn procedures 6. I just got kicked for pointing out that it is unrealistic to fly the F/A-18C and F-14B in the same squadron (that information was not known at that point), explaining that this isn't how it works. The guy who leads the group educated me that "many squadrons flew both", at the same time, sooo... yeah. :music_whistling: The discussion ended as harmless as it started, it wasn't a fight nor heated, yet shortly after I was kicked without notice and blocked. A day before he offered me the XO position, by the way. Makes sense, I guess. The guy who created this group is 15 and the first thing he assured me was that he is "not immature or unprofessional" despite his age.
