Hansolo
Too, my homepit is mounted and unmounted 50 times by year. This action takes 10 min. I am amazed by the fact that you have build it for transportation. I can't even image how I should try and take my small pit apart. And I agree with MacFevre... it is one of the very best pit builds out there  Cheers Hans 132nd Virtual Wing homepage & 132nd Virtual Wing YouTube channel My DCS-BIOS sketches & Cockpit Album

tacno
I see for the MIP you used a 10" 16:9 and a 19" 4:3 screen but how did you display the AOA, Clock, SAI and UHF repeater? Exactly : > 10" 16:9 to display : left MFCD, RWR and IAS > 19" 4:3 to display : right MFCD, all engines, HSI, ADI, alti and VVI Great thanks to Gadroc and his HELIOS : http://www.gadrocsworkshop.com/helios/ Specialy for you : http://tacnoworld.fr/?p=929 Edited August 8, 2014 by tacno UniversRadio for DCS : http://universradio.fr Homepit on eagle.ru forum :http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1547848&postcount=1 (more details : http://www.tacnoworld.fr) 3rd-Wing.net/75th vFighter "Tiger Sharks"/S-01 Tacno (squadron commander)
Boltz
Thanks tacno that setup is probably the way to go. The SAI fooled me. I thought it was a small screen or something which shows the excellent quality of your work. I think I'm running out of words to describe it. Incredible! Mr_Burns
Really nice build, what is the plastic sheet the buttons are glued to, like a laminating pouch? I like the idea, saved having to cut shoulders on the buttons! Assume if the material is not soft though it may depress buttons around it?
tacno
Really nice build, what is the plastic sheet the buttons are glued to, like a laminating pouch? I like the idea, saved having to cut shoulders on the buttons! Assume if the material is not soft though it may depress buttons around it? The used sheet is transparency film for laser printer (polyester film of high resistance). Thinness of sheet does flexibility (not elasticity). A pressure of 0.2mm is needed to activate microswitch. It works well with my keyboards of CDU, CSMP, CMSC, NMSP and UFC. Bottom of buttons must be sanded down, cleaned before to put tape. Fisrt, I put tape onto bottom button, then I cut exceeded tape and finally, top frame onto transparency film, I put and fix each buttons. For me, it's simple, effective and cheap. I use my homepit more than 6 hours by week and I haven't problem with keyboards. 1 UniversRadio for DCS : http://universradio.fr Homepit on eagle.ru forum :http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1547848&postcount=1 (more details : http://www.tacnoworld.fr) 3rd-Wing.net/75th vFighter "Tiger Sharks"/S-01 Tacno (squadron commander)

hansangb
Impressive. But, if I'm honest, a lil' disappointed that pre-pre-pre-checklist was not used, and I expected to see a cockpit ladder as he stepped into the cockpit! :) Nice job..and you gave me some ideas about mounting my Komodo stuff. thank you. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
