I used 20300 Miles I had accumulated as well which brought the cost down to $44.69 which I paid for with cash. I didn't receive any miles for the cash part of the purchase. I didn't expect to get them for the miles that were spent but thought it seemed right to get them for the part I used cash on. No big deal.
