Weltensegler
I love the rain on canopy effect! Adds a great feeling to the experience. It looks like a lot of work went into it and ED went the extra mile to make it look as good. Why not go the last step and make it the right scale. I believe it would contribute to the scale feeling of pit, plane and environment not having 1 inch water droplets walking on the glas. But of course I don't know the reason behind it, maybe a more appropriate scale of the effect was causing a too big hit in performance which then could still be implemented as an option like display resolution? draconus
+1 I thought myself it may be performance related but then it's either right scale or no effect at all! I would move it to 2.5 Bugs section and report. Ala12Rv-watermanpc
Yep, also thought this. Agree the effect itself if great! Take a look at my MODS here
de.Impact
Still love the new effects and hope they also will be affected by prop wash soon :> Just noticed while watching the following video that even at ~200kts (and heavy rain) there are still a lot of fine water droplets on the canopy...would be great to still see them ingame at this speed aswell when flying through heavy rain. Check out @ 11:02 I know its priority #4129 but I just love flying on bad weather in dcs.
