I'm looking for a chair that simulates the three-dimensional axes where we do the movements.

the best solution I think is a small spherical machine that is handy and powerful. but it should be designed.

we realize that the average budged should be 3000 $ to 5000$ that the machine should not be bulky and can enter a room.

in practice, to have a perfect machine would need a spherical gyroscope of the same great size as a man, with few degrees of resistance as if it were a sphere inside a hemisphere that moves magnetically.

When flying IRL you have + g force's most of the time, unless you stalling out etc. This would be fun for like 2 minutes.

As long as it has the yaw feeling, it would be real helpful for the ww2 birds and be cool in VR.

You'd get more out of a jetseat and vr goggles than a 3dof seat. They are insanely expensive and only give you a sense of rotation, you are still wholly missing the much more important centrifugal aspect. A jetseat gives you physical feedback for what the plane is doing and the headseat gives you immersion.

I toyed with the idea of doing such a thing, but they're really not worth what they cost. If you want ''realism'' you can go fly gliders for ''real''. $5-10k will buy you a looooot of flight hours, enough for commercial rating at least, I think on the order of several hours a day, several days a week, for the entire season, maybe longer.

It's cool and all but it can't replicate g-force feeling ?.You would need huge space with X Y Z movement on long rails but that still wouldn't sustain g-forces for long...
