Been running weekly multiplayer campaigns with 8-10 other players on 1hour+ long missions for the last 6 months and none of us have seen this issue...

Odd that it seems to affect a limited number.

Just to re-iterate for those suffering this issue who maybe new to this thread:

1) Random Failures set to off in both mission and general user settings?
2) No gun sight mods enabled?
3) Have you run a Repair of DCS?

I also report having not seen this problem. I wonder if it is hardware related?
