JayBird
How will the AI aircraft interact with static aircraft on the carrier deck? Will they still taxi and launch through a row of static F-18s lining Cat 2 like they do currently? Additionally will we be able to prevent launches from certain cats? Will we be able to only allow AI launches from Cats 1&2 to prevent aircraft from crossing the landing area during recovery operations? fagulha
+1 Same questions here. - "Don't be John Wayne in the Break if you´re going to be Jerry Lewis on the Ball". About carrier ops: "The younger pilots are still quite capable of holding their heads forward against the forces. The older ones have been doing this too long and know better; sore necks make for poor sleep.' Captain Orso
What?! Since when do static anything do anything other than just stand there and look good. If you want aircraft to do something, you'll have to use AI aircraft. You can have them start, fly a few circles in the sky and then land, if you want some deck action. You understood nothing from the OP. Currently AI can land on a carrier and taxi his own way and can run over static aircraft as they're not collidable with them. This looks bad. AI can also run through you and it'll not end well.
