Nero.ger Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 as i understood it (and tested): AFC - attitude hold AltHold - only works after afc is on you can steer with TrimHat when afc is on 'controlling' the Ka50 feels like a discussion with the Autopilot and trim system about the flight direction. It seems to yes, it trimmed out my roll yesterday so much so it took ages to get it back to normal with AP off, not sure if the real jet has a trim reset but we badly need one (couldn't see anything in the control settings?) This occured when I released a GBU16 and the AP trimmed out the flight automatically. Upon taking back control to avoid ground fire the AP trim didnt reset so I was stuck fighting an asymmetric jet with horrendous trim whilst avoiding being shot!
