wolle
Sorry if this has been reported before, but I couldn't find it. Does the F-14 not have wheel chocks? Without wheel chocks operation on a carrier at speed is impossible, can't refuel/rearm because F-14 slides back and forth (ground crew will yell "what are you doing?"), and planes parked next to each other collide due to deck slipping?:helpsmilie: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Intel Core I7 4820K @4.3 GHz, Asus P9X79 motherboard, 16 GB RAM @ 933 MHz, NVidia GTX 1070 with 8 GB VRAM, Windows 10 Pro

Donut
I don't think they are implemented yet or maybe it's a bug. I cannot get chocks via the radio menu on the ramp or carrier prior to starting up or after shutdown i5 7600K @4.8GHz | 1080 Ti | 32GB 3200MHz | SSD | DCS SETTINGS | "COCKPIT"

HokieRob
Like BJM said, I don't think they have been implemented fully currently for EA. You can't access them in the F10 menu the normal method. HOWEVER, when I first jumped into the Cat the first night, I used Voice Attack/VAICOM to order the chocks placed. Do NOT do this, as I could not convince, order, bribe, threaten, etc. the ground crew to remove them :P
Reflected
Guys, any chance for wheel chocks please? And make it default on when spawning on the carrier. The Tomcat slides around the deck when the ship's in turn. 12 Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
sLYFa
At the very least make the parking brake not constantly drain brake pressure when set. Brake accumulator pressure should only drain when applying brakes, not when the brakes are held. 2 i5-8600k @4.9Ghz, 2080ti , 32GB@2666Mhz, 512GB SSD
Dragon1-1
On a carrier deck, these should actually be chains securing the aircraft to the deck. Chocks are used on land. I agree we definitely need those.

This used to be a problem and this got fixed long time ago with some ground friction tweaks and compromises. They have to work with ED on this and make proper ground friction model eventually. So imho compromise fix will come soon but wouldn't expect the right model to appear quickly.
