USA_Recon
I have the stick, throttle, and rudder, and I use the ch products software. I have for many years used the 'combined' feature - where it merges them all to be seen as one stick. I think that might actually be causing me issues (ie. 32 button limits). Anyone else using this setup ? How do you manage your controllers ?
Ssnake51
On newer sims I usually set them up as separate controllers. That is one of the adantages the CH software has over TM T.A.R.G.E.T.
USA_Recon
Thank you - for some reason (maybe going back to older sims) I had thought setting up as one was advantageous. I got the same response back yesterday from ch products recommending I just use direct mode (assuming ch software, which isn't required). I did that and I have much better binding experience now. Thanks for your helpful response!
Ssnake51
Yes, that is another way: just plug in the controllers and not even use the ch software except to calibrate them. Combining the controllers is necessary for those sims that only recognize one controller. I still prefer using the ch software when setting them up as separate controllers.
