Confusing wind information on CK37

Basically I am trying to say that the wind information shown on the ck37 is not consistent with the manual. The magnitude is confusing.

On the manual page 184 and page 193, the manual shows that the first 3 digits is the direction of the wind, and the 4th and 5th digits are the magnitude of the wind, IN KM/h.

And I did three tests on this.

20191116-083021.jpgThe first test is the wind is blown to 90, from 270, and the magnitude is 2m/s, which is 2x3.6=7.2km/h. However the ck37 shows 270110, means the direction is 270(correct), the magnitude is 11km/h(wrong), the data is read from doppler.

20191116-082752.jpgOn the second test, the wind direction is 270(from), and the magnitude is 8m/s=8x3.6=28.8km/h. However, the ck37 shows direction is 270, magnitude is 44km/h

20191116-082329.jpgOn the third test, the wind direction is 270, magnitude 16m/s=16x3.6=57.6km/h. However, the ck37 shows 89km/h.

When I compare the data,

Test(real wind speed, ck37 speed)

Test1(7.2km/h, 11km/h)

Test2(28.8km/h, 44km/h)

Test3(57.6km/h, 89km/h)

I found that ck37 is not showing the correct speed(or say that the ck37 is not working as what the manual shows). The speed on ck37 is always 1.54 larger than the real speed(11/7.2=44/28.8=89/57.6=1.54)

Any good Sarmatian can offer some help? Thank you

ps. I collect the data when they are stable, after several minute after starting the mission. And the doppler is working.

BTW, the idea of this test started because I heared that the wind correction is fixed for bk90. And the bk90 wind correction is somehow successful, however when the crosswind is strong, like 16m/s, the submunition can completely miss the target using automatic correction(doppler). When the wind is 8m/s, only half to 1/3 submunitions are landed on the target.

Yea i see the same thing. The CK37 isnt showing the same windspeed. Im gona do some more testing...
