[REPORTED]Rear seat throttle doesn't respond

Flew with a friend on a MP server yesterday. I was sitting in the rear seat, and "took control" after we took off. I was able to see the throttle and stick properly move when he moved them ... though the engine RPM gauge remained at zero. After I took control, the engine thrust went to idle (the engine RPM was still at zero, like it was when we took off). When I moved my throttle back and forth, both he and I could see it moving, but the engine failed to respond. The flight control (pitch, yaw, and roll) worked fine though, as did the gear and the flaps.

Every time we needed engine thrust, I had to transfer control of the airplane back to the front seat again. Then when I took it, it was back to idle thrust.

I entered as an instructor first, so that could have been it. Axes were not reversed, I moved it to its full range multiple times, and animation of the throttle showed correctly.

Hey, all: same problem in back seat today. What was solution to this? My buddy and I tried loading in different sequences, with me in back seat joining last. Did not help.

Ensure the front seat position is taken first it should help.

thanks
