Cockpit cabin side:

Lower left proceeding clockwise : 2.8/D , 5.6 , 11 , 22/B

I am guessing numbers are "f-Stops"

Selector does rotate and is mapable.

BUT >>> does it function?

In the aircraft option menu you can activate camera when you use the first stage gun trigger but I dont think "f-stops" are working in some way.

Yep they are the aperture setting. The lower the number the more light, the higher the number less light. No clue what film speed you'd run in a gun camera, but for most daylight work f/16 and forget about.
