They're probably not doing it, as the F/A-18 uses the same system thus you'll probably find this is an update ED themselves will do and it's probably why it isn't done already. Except I think the French one has a separate drogue basket from the standard Drogue basket used on the American KC-135. I wonder what's wrong with the Standard basket on the US KC-135s.
