By moving the preload radius all the way to the left to 100 I no longer get any latency/freezing/stuttering even when I'm in a rain storm dropping my frame rate to 15 [using triple monitors]. The testing was done in single and multi-player flying. Edit: The latency/freezing/stuttering is much less not 100% gone.
