Leatherneck / Magnitude 3 has working on some modules (confirmed):

-Chance-Vought F4U-1D Corsair

-Vought Aeronautics F-8J Crusader

- and a "Pacific" assets pack with ships and aircrafts

The company has release the Christen Eagle 2 module on DCS after the Mig-21Bis: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/products/planes/christen_eagle/

I would love to see some updates on this. It's one that I am eagerly awaiting.

And as far as the Hayate being "it's opponent," I would put the Zero there. Or maybe the Oscar. Corsairs weren't running into Ki-84's until the U.S. Navy began hitting targets on the Japanese home islands early in 1945.
