todd022
Hey guys, I've long used the A:\user\saved games\dcs.openbeta\XXX\XXX\XXX mod integration method, but for some reason my dcs build is no longer detecting my mods that previously worked before I rebuilt my computer with new components. I installed some of my mods directly into the DCS folder (manual install), and they still work fine. It appears to be an issue of DCS not detecting it's own saved games folder. Biggest loss here is all my controller config files. Any idea if there's a .LUA or something I can modify to force DCS to located its saved games folder? SkateZilla
Unless otherwise specified: DCS Release Uses /Saved Games/DCS/ DCS Beta Ueses /Saved Games/DCS.openbeta/ You can Create a TXT File w/ a VariableName by itself (for Example, "MYDCSBUILD") and save as /DCS World/dcs_variant.txt And the DCS Install will create /Saved Games/DCS.MYDCSBUILD/ Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
todd022
Ok, I'll experiment with that a little more, and keep you posted. Thanks! [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
todd022
Still not taking any of my tomcat mods...is there a .LUA or anything I can edit, to manually force DCS to point to a specific directory for saved games? [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
