Saitek X55 Throttle mapping issue

Hello

So I have been having issue with my throttle levers staying mapped. If i load the game 2.5 beta, F18 or F-14 modules, the controller input for my throttle(while in the settings) shows x mapped to left throttle, and y mapped to right throttle. I can move them independently while in the controller options in the game. Once I begin a mission, the left throttle controls both engines and the right throttle appears to do nothing. Although buttons and rotarys on the right throttle do work in game.

I can exit back to the settings page and the mapping still shows X mapped to left throttle lever and y mapped to right throttle lever. Although now in the settings screen the left throttle lever controls both. Right lever doesn't even register movement. And yes the both throttles are not mapped to anything.

Does this make sense?
