It's about a 15 hour print per pedal. Hope you guys enjoy them - they install on your Crosswinds pedals with your stock pedal HW. Printed .20 layer height at 30% infil. For someone without access to a 3D printer, are there any online services (Shapeways comes up on Google) that you'd recommend? Anything I'd have to keep in mind in terms of configuration/material? Even after taking out most of the mass in blender, the price for a shapeways print was still over $450 per pedal. Can you tell us anymore about the print settings? Speeds? Infil type? Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk Errr, the printer doesn't matter, settings are set in the slicer software. For reference, at 0.2mm layer height with 3 walls on a 0.4mm nozzle, 3 top and bottom layers, 30% grid infil, printed at 60mm/s (a common fast speed), it still takes over 20 hours to print. The wider one fits flush with the pedal side. I made the screws go in from the back, that looks a bit neater. We did them based on the real F/A-18C pedals, and they are designed to fit into the footwells of the OpenHornet cockpit.
