Blaze
Looks like somebody's been busy! :D Spent a bunch of time flying around checking out the new civilization, very impressive...buildings EVERYWHERE across the map. Can't wait to see these textured. Again excellent job to Luckybob, Zimster, and ED! ED Team Wags Posted November 1, 2010 ED Team Share Posted November 1, 2010 Still very much a WIP, but LB9 and Zimster are doing the casinos and the Eagle team is using our new "building block" tech to populate everything else. Frame rates are already MUCH better than in the Beta 02 version over Vegas. Frame rates are already MUCH better than in the Beta 02 version over Vegas. Hi Wags, is this "building block" tech reason why when I load Nevada terrain and look at city/suburbs district in game FPS counter there are no objects counted? That puzzled me a bit so see hundreds of buildings but not one objects was in the counter... only TRG count. Only when I looked at base direction did object count start to increase. No longer active in DCS...

Spectre_USA
Dear ED, Can I have my frames back? I appreciate the great work being done, but holy crap... I think my computer started smoking just looking at the screenshots. Land from the South, and take off to the north of Nellis. I get between 5 - 7 fps when taxiing out to the south end for take-off. Is there a setting that can be dialed down in the interim? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] A tale of 2 hogs
