Kimi_uy Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) My commander's mg sights is offset and below the actual ironsights and it's extremely hard/annoying to aim it this way. I'll post pictures later tonight (at work right now). Has anyone experienced any of these issues? If so, how can I fix them? Sabre-TLA Posted March 17, 2015 Share Posted March 17, 2015 Check to make sure you are not using the ISOMETRIC view (INSERT KEY default). Lilkiki Posted March 17, 2015 Share Posted March 17, 2015 (edited) Yep, as shown in your video, I've played with some lua view parameters, this should help you, replace the file attached in DCS World\Scripts\Database\vehicles\Tanks\ the connector sight for the turret machinegun is not well placed, it is a bug. I assume that it is in fact a CROWS. karambiatos Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 the standard m1a2 doesn't have a CROWS (m153 protector), that comes with the SEP upgrade i think. also the m153 is suppose to have more levels of zoom, and the reticule is different when you zoom in (a large plus sign) then what we currently have. To DCS' defense, one would actually aim though the reticle (default hold sec mouse button) and not the weird camera.
