I'd never noticed the elevators lowering and aircraft able to taxi inside the hangar bay!

From my testing I think the AI can only take on about 2 aircraft in the hangar bay before things get wonky. For some reason no more than 12-13 planes are allowed on deck after landing and now it seems only 5 can be on during launch rotation.

How do you do this? Is it only for AI or can clients use the elevators and taxi forward as well?
