The F-18C Inlet Duct Door did not move. Reference below

“The electrically operated inlet duct doors (one for each inlet) automatically open at Mach 1.33 (accelerating) and close at Mach 1.23 (decelerating). The doors are controlled by the flight control computer.”

This cannot be called a problem, it's a simulation wish list I'd say.

If you're talking about the small doors on the top of the LERX above the inlets, then ED already know this and its on the list of things to be corrected:
