Biggest you can go is the MK-84 and its guided variants, the GBU-10 (laser guided) and the GBU-31 (JDAM, GPS/INS guided).

Or the AGM-154A JSOW, which dispenses cluster munitions, if you send it down a correct azimuth and select the appropriate burst height in order to optimize the dispersion pattern. Good for soft targets. Should work great for damaging aircraft parked in a row, for example.

AFAIK CBU-99 is the Navy version with a special coating for naval usage. Nothing that would make any difference in DCS though, just for the correctness - so you wouldn't carry the Mk.20 (also known as CBU-100 BTW) around in Navy planes. But I think the Marines use the Mk.20 instead.
