I purchased a single license from the HB site on Sat. I received an email with a key in less than 10 minutes.

Maybe check your spam folder or purchase confirmation email. Maybe you missed it?

Hi Vovochen, we refilled the keys for the crew pack recently, and some orders in between went without key, however I resent the keys manually right afterwards, which means you should have received a second email with the key. Did it arrive in the meantime? (Those orders were 2 weeks ago though, and I checked yesterday and we still had enough keys remaining.)

If not send me a pm please with your order number (4digit like #1234) and I will forward you the keys like that.
