Having the option to change the instrument displayed units between imperial and metri

L-39 was obviously equipped with metric (eastern) instruments at first, but after the modernization, instruments got switched with the imperial (western) ones. There are a lot of L-39s in private ownership with the imperial instruments as well.

The complete rework of the L-39 cockpit in original and Western styles is really cool except it is tied to a global language setting. The result is...

if you want to fly the original cockpit with English labels/tooltips: you can't.

if you want to fly the Western cockpit with Russian labels/tooltips: you can't.

if you want to fly a completely different aircraft in English but L-39 original cockpit: you can't.

if you want to fly a completely different aircraft in native language but L-39 Western cockpit: you can't.

I agree custom instrument selections belong in the 'Special' tab on a per aircraft basis.

Currently, L-39 Metric/Imperial Instrument selection is made using the selected Global units, not the Global language.
