Darkphox
Hi all, I recently installed A10 beta module into DCS world, and was hoping I could avoid re-doing all my bindings. I saved an lua file from my current DCS A10, imported it in the DCS World A10, but it didn't seem to take. I haven't been able to find anything similar on the forums, but I have no idea if a binding import is not possible between the two versions, or if it's just a beta-ism? OR, maybe am I just doing it wrong? Timmay
I just copied the Warthog users-config-folder into the World users-config-folder. If you know what I mean. I have all the keybindings present in DCS: World. No more work. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] If it got tits or wings, it makes you trouble!!
cichlidfan
I just copied the Warthog users-config-folder into the World users-config-folder. If you know what I mean. I have all the keybindings present in DCS: World. No more work. I have not compared the commands list but according to a post by one of the testers, there have been changes. While you may not have discovered them, I would suspect some new functions may not be available. One to check would be the Re-Arming and Refueling Window ( ' + RCtrl ). I don't recall that key combination doing anything in A-10C but I could be wrong. EDIT: Of course, if you don't plan on re-arming or refueling...;) Edited May 23, 2012 by cichlidfan ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Darkphox
I just copied the Warthog users-config-folder into the World users-config-folder. If you know what I mean. I have all the keybindings present in DCS: World. No more work. I'll give this a go, thanks for the input. I figured there would be one or two command changes, but hopefully porting old config files over will just leave the new ones blank or unchanged. Next thing I dread is configuring inputs for the new aircrafts I know I'll end up buying... *Looking at you P-51 & mystery jet in development* EVGA X-58 SLI3 w/ I7 920@ 4.2ghz | Corsair 1000HX | 180gb Intel SSD330 | 12gb OCZ @ 1600mhz | R9 290 3120x1200 (1920 + MFCDs on 2x lilliput UM-80s) Bits: TM Warthog, TM OSBs, Saitek rudder pedals, Logitech G-15 & G-13, Mionix Naos 5k, TrackIR5 w/ proclip, Corsair HS1A
Timmay
Ok, I haven't had time to go that deep into the commands. :music_whistling: Will take a look. Thanks for the advise. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] If it got tits or wings, it makes you trouble!!
