I recently did a fresh install of both the Stable and Open Beta and reinstalled NTTR Mission and Air Weapons Range Objects - 14NOV19, the mission were placed into the mission folder in both versions and the Range object is in the mod/tech folder, but i still get the error message that it was unable to find the Range Targets.
