Maxum
Hi, Just to preface my problem, my DCS Open Beta refused to update to the latest version despite running repair, so I ended up uninstalling it (Open Beta2.5.5) and installing the latest version. It started and when I went to retrieve my aircraft via Module Manager it would open then stop responding. I decided to start my DCS World and it does the same thing. I have to shut the program down by using the task manager. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.

ED Team BIGNEWY Posted February 23, 2020 ED Team Share Posted February 23, 2020 please add your dcs log here after trying to use your module manager it should give us some clues. C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Logs file called dcs, you will need to zip it to attach here. thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Maxum
Thanks BIGNEWY! I looked for the logs and realized I had a bigger issue. I uninstalled OpenBeta and DCS World then reinstalled DCS World. Went to Module Manager and had the same issues but this time I had LOGS and it showed access denied. I changed permissions levels in the DCS folder and Module Manager worked fine in DCS World. When that is done I will install OpenBeta again. I'm not sure how or why the permission level changed.
