So....how's the QA process coming along? Can't wait :)

I wish they can hurry up a bit. Because I just got pay and soon my wife is going to tax me for this month's income. If she does that before the JF-17 is released, I won't have the budget to buy the module.

You can always tell her you have already bought it,or just hide the money.:D

On a serious note,i have no idea when we can expect JF 17 to be released.

Till end of the year, early next year..not a clue.

+1 to OPs question

Seeing as how slow they are being on videos of a near complete module my guess is they are still working on things and this module is not coming too soon.

They have already sent it to ED...it's no longer in Deka's hands. I was just wondering if they have gotten any news from ED.

Modules owned:

FC3, M-2000C, Mig-21bis, F-5E, AJS-37 Viggen, F/A-18C, KA-50, Mi-8, F-14A&B, JF-17

Realistically we’re probably looking (best case scenario) at an update on QA status in about a week’s time. That’s going based off of when they sent it in for review by ED. It would not surprise me if it took longer than that though given the amount of work behind the scenes that’s going on at ED on bugs/modules/features/upgrades/etc. Like everything else, it’s all about patience at this point. I’m sure Deka is chomping at the bit to wrap things up too seeing as they are very close to the end.

System: Lian Li 011 Dynamic Evo / Ryzen 5900X / 128gb Trident Z 3600mHz / ASUS TUF X570 / Lian Li Galahad 360 AIO / Asus Tuf RTX 3080ti / Asus Rog 1000w PSU / TM Warthog + TM Pedals

Modules/Terrains: All but the Mig-19, MB-339, P-47, I-16, CE II, and Yak-52

IRL: USAF F-16C AGR Crew Chief / Private Pilot

I'd love to see this module released by the end of this year. We all just have to hang on patiently, something I know is difficult for some here. My strategy has always been to try not to think about it and then when it does get released it is a pleasant surprise.

With the most recent sale concluded, I would guess that we will see this prior to the end of the month! Pure tinfoil hat speculation mind you. But the module has been in QA review for a number of weeks now, giving Deka time to iron out any major issues prior to release.

Facebook for one. Really nice photos. The detail is incredible. Jet looks more realistic than real life jet.

A link would be great.

Always wondered about the gap in the MLG doors. I’m sure there was little point on spending the money to engineer flush MLG doors. I also assume the big stain always in between the bottom air brakes is oil from the gearbox?

Ah thank you! At first I thought you were going to say look at real photos of the MLG doors, so I did. I guess what I thought was a gap is really a hinge so that the rear most door can fold perpendicular/right angle to the airflow. Interesting on a Super 7 mock up, it looks simpler with the two rear most MLG doors combined into one piece. Pretty complex system

Can barely wait to see photos of the landing gear and animations in game:)
