Replacing F16 RWR Sounds influences F18's too

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure how its happening, but I'm not the only 1 with the problem. Please see the below post.

If we replace the default F16 RWR sounds with our own, it also affects the F18's. Can a member of the development team confirm if this is a bug, or expected behaviour? If its expected behaviour whats the ideal way of getting our own RWR sounds into the F16 without it affecting other modules?

ED's stance on RWR is that the sounds are placeholders/WIP. The way it's currently coded is tied directly to the 18 for now. Pulling them apart and adding separate script/sound files is probably already in the works on ED's side of things.
