Can't refuel on ground

Both in SP and MP I cannot decrease the fuel amount on the harrier if the engine is turned off::noexpression::cry:

1) Batt ON or OFF (there is the same bug) - Gen ON or OFF - Canopy open - Engine off

2) rearm and refuel panel -> I change the fuel amount to 98% and then I hit OK

3) Crew copies and I hear the fuel truck working

4) both the fuel panel inside the cockpit and the rearm and refuel page stay the same.

i can, Mission issue maybe?

I don't know but I can't both on sp and on the 104th server. Also other player reported this issue. There is that promblem only when trying to decrease fuel amount

I am having issues with ground refueling also. With the engine off, the ground crew acknowledges and the refuel sound comes on and stays on, but no fuel is removed. After I start my engine the fuel then starts to drop and goes to the desired level, the crew reports complete and the refuel sound goes away.

Ty man. At least I have one way to configure the aircraft for a VTO with some weapons under the wings :thumbup::joystick:

Hope it's okay that I'm kind of necro'ing this thread. I was about to post this bug too and realized it needs to have the fuel pumps on to de-fuel, and those pumps can be off for re-fueling.
