Drag chute stays floating, even with the engines off or with no wind

Hello, not sure if this is a known bug, I couldn't find any post mentioning it.

I believe this is a bug because I did the same thing with MiG-21bis, and it falls when the engines are turned off, the drag chute stays 'floating' even with the engines off, and also with no wind. Nothing especial, but I am sure BST would like to know this!
