The ticket was resolved in a very satisfactory way and Time.

 

But, since I have decided to get the refund through my "internal account" I have one doubt.

 

Can I use this money as cahs? or is tehre any restriction on Combining it with other discounts and such...

 

In other words: can I use my Internal Account money to buy modules during a Sale event and or combine it with other discounts?
