(After all there's enough hostility on the internet already which really doesn't help anyone. Thanks.) Temp will be lower at lower rpm. It is about knock, which will blast your engine clean off in short time. Matter of couple minutes with knock engine is done. Keep your rpm and boost with in engine limitation chart values and engine will be fine. High temp will not kill your engine as fast as knock.
