You could stand to lower your gamma setting a bit to darken things up.

You may need to delete the FXO and METSHADERS folders from your Saved Games folder and let the game recreate them.

but can not delete the METSHADERS folder the game can not be played

The FXO and Metashaders folders located in Windows C. / Users / Your Name / Saved Games / DCS can be deleted and will be rebuilt when you sdtartup next time.
