How much of a beast will the A-10 be with a synthetic radar pod for detecting ground targets?! I would love this for my warthog :-)

Most likely not:

1) It's only for the F-15E.

2) It's more for recce than anything else.

3) It's so heavily classified the USAF won't even publicly say how many they have.

Not anymore. The A-10C is getting it as well now: https://www.businessinsider.com/air-force-a10-warthog-sensor-weapons-upgrade-including-new-bomb-2019-9?r=DE&IR=T

I don't see this being a realistic option for DCS though...

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

While Combat Aircraft reported that the A-10 was set to receive "a Synthetic Aperture Radar pod," Worley told Task & Purpose that ACC has "only conducted initial suitability studies and [has] not yet made a final determination."

Not just yet.....
