There is yours ZSU-23-4 Shilka.

Shilka has a ranging radar with a very narrow beam (0.5° or something IIRC) that is as well used to range targets on ground. The radar doesn't care is your target at air or at ground, as long you get a good "spotlight" at the target, meaning on flat terrain you get plenty of false returns but aiming at mountain ridge or such it ain't problematic. But typically you use a optical sight for ground firing as it doesn't matter so much for ranging.

There was made a cheaper variant just for a ground support, called ZSU-23-4 "Afghan". That is without a radar.

The CA solution calculation is normal thing for all ground vehicles. It doesn't matter what you have, it is just one of those game mode assistances that should be removed. As even on MBT you would track target while lazing and then solution is calculated so that you place sight on target and fire, no leading aimpoint or such things like in a space shooter.

And to MBT gunner it is same thing is the target a ground vehicle or flying vehicle, as laser measures range, and turret other sensors the rate of turn and so on get as quickly the ranging data.

IIRC a more modern MBT can as well measure speed, and generates a track based it for accurate aiming.
