Lane
Really? I couldn't get Lock On Flaming Cliff to load. Too bad, because I really liked that game. But... I guess that's a good thing, because that problem is what drove me to buy the DCS A-10 Warthog. right click on icon or exe, propriety, compatibility mode .. xp ... And you do this really only at last resort, if windows don't do it by itself. - I7 2600K @5.2ghz ( EK full Nickel waterblock ) - Gigabyte P67A-UD7 B3 - 8GB Predator 2133mhz - 2x HD7970 - EK Nickel EN H2o block - 2x Crucial realSSD C300 Raid0 - Black Widow Ultimate - X52 -TrackIR 5 - XIfi Titanium HD - Win 7 x64Pro

seldridge1960
Win 7 pro 64 for me. I believe I switched because the 64 support in XP was horrible. The Vista 64 bit was also having some issues. Windows 7 corrected a lot of the problems. Better memory management and such. Birdstrike = Chicken Sandwich!
Specter1606688147
I originally loaded Win 7 64 bit but switched to 32 Bit. Now I found out that it is not possible to switch from 32 Bit back to 64 Bit without a reload  Win 7 only switches downwards. I was hoping to upgrade from 4GB to 8GB for this sim a while back. My next system will be 32Bit.
kylania
My next system will be 32Bit. Whatever for? Older software or something? Even then just run a 32bit virtual machine. I've been running 64bit since Win 7 came out and have never had a problem with compatibility or anything (outside of betas that is). 64bit runs so much better than 32bit ever did. Specter1606688147
Sorry, that comment should have read "My next system will be 64Bit". Actually, it was for my Palm device. The software would not run under any method I used while running 64Bit. Now I have more than 1 Palm device, I can transfer my info between them without using the PC. Also, I was not aware at the time that the change can only be done from 64bit to 32Bit and not back to 64Bit or I probably would not have done it. cheap charlie
Just want to run this past you guys. Currently its a 32 bit but it does say below that its 64 bit compatible. In its current configuration it handles both the A10 and Fsx quite well using a short throw projector. is it worthwhile upgrading to a 64 bit along with a better graphic card?
