Very difficult to end up like this IRL!

Happened to me as well while testing the FM.

What I am missing in your video is pushing the stick forward (+ full trim forward) at lower altitude levels after you have most probably understood that the "spin works", which might have changed the characteristics of the stall.

Don't know if the aircraft can be brought into a spin, and if so, if it can be brought out of it with full push + full rudder in opposite direction IRL. Never flown one ... :/

Finally, after tiding up my hard disc and finding this & that, I found what I initially didn't find (because it has been placed in a different folder by GeForce Experience), the inverted flat spin:
