What I am missing in your video is pushing the stick forward (+ full trim forward) at lower altitude levels after you have most probably understood that the "spin works", which might have changed the characteristics of the stall. Don't know if the aircraft can be brought into a spin, and if so, if it can be brought out of it with full push + full rudder in opposite direction IRL.
