Mi-8 and latest 1.2.6.19532 doesn't work

Recommended Posts

Yes, just updated with autoupdater and now the Mi-8 is broken while other modules works ...

I mean, when I start a flight with it, I can't be in the cockpit, it's an AI chopper and I'm spectator ! also, none of the key controls works, all is ***** up...

Went to DCS.com to see if the module update was out but not ...

What am I supposed to do ?

Thanks

That happened to me for Ka-50 before (in a previous version of DCS).

But I can't remember the reason.

I think I "repair"ed DCS or checked modules' activation...

No problems here but perhaps you could try

reactivation via module manager

or delete input settings.

Failing this then a repair installation would be worth a try.

Sorry I can't think of any other way but good luck to you:)

Yes unfortunately, unless you use JSGME

You still have to replace them even if you use JSGME. The difference being that you can more easily remove and replace them.

The autoupdater removes mods regardless how they were installed.

Yes but using a radio button to add mods is a lot easier than manually installing say PeterP's Kneeboard or the DTAC scenery etc and I figured the answer I gave would enable dahui et al to make an informed choice:music_whistling:
