Of course the money that have those countries are higher than maybe countries that speak spanish, that are greater in number of people that speaks it, that those 2 countries, but it is a pleasure when a quality product is transated into our language. Of course France and Germany deserves all the good transalations that developers create for them. Sure you will have more sellings with that decition from spanish talking people.
